The Story of Vox Coffee.
From crush to coffee craft
Hey there, thanks for stopping by!
We're Vox Coffee Roasters, your soon-to-be favorite source of coffee goodness.
Curious about who we are? Let's dive in.
Vox Coffee was born in 2023 in the city of St. George, Utah, thanks to a dynamic duo, Shannon and Todd Hansen. Ever wonder why someone starts a coffee roasting business? Sit back, and let's rewind to a heartwarming tale.
It all started in college. Todd was the cool barista at the local coffee shop, and Shannon, well, she preferred tea—until Todd came along. Shannon had a crush; she'd hang out at the café where Todd worked, sipping her tea, hoping to catch his eye. And catch his eye she did! What started as shy glances blossomed into a beautiful friendship and eventually, love. As they grew closer, Todd introduced Shannon to the world of coffee, sparking a passion that would shape their future.
Fast forward a few years, they both moved to St. George. Here, Shannon mastered her craft, evolving from barista to an espresso machine technician and finally, a talented roaster. Todd, with his keen business acumen, steered their venture to success.

A look inside.
Here at Vox Coffee, we're all about fluid bed roasting—a unique method that ensures our coffee packs a punch with distinct aromas and flavors. This technique uses hot air to roast the beans, making the process not only faster but also capable of bringing out remarkable clarity and sweetness in the coffee. Although this method might be less common, it's our secret to crafting extraordinary brews that stand out in your cup.
Its still the beginning.
Our story just started and we are excited to share this journey with you.
